I have had a great summers taking photos of butterflies, insects and some landscapes. I have a database of the butterflies moths, caterpillars and dragonflies that I have recorded sightings.
My butterfly season started in early summer where I spotted more butterflies than I have ever seen before. On a breezy day in Brampton woods there were literally thousands it was a fantastic spectacle.
July and August were great months with the heat bringing out lots far to many to count but again in Brampton woods I spotted, Silver washed fritillaries, white admirals, purple hair steak and all the other beautiful butterflies that reside there.
